Schedule for the day:

Schedule For the Day:
8:30 - 10:00: *SET UP PROJECTS*
(Projects must be completely set up by 10am)
10:00 - 12:00: Judges will be evaluating projects
10:00 - 11:00: Everyone looks at projects plus snacks & fellowship
11:00 - 12:00: Performing Arts
12:00 - 12:30: Presentation of awards
12:30 - 1:00: Take down projects & Clean Up
*Note: No lunch items will be sold this year. TKCHE will have a snack table with
bottled water, lemonade, cookies, and other small treats. Bottled waters will be
50 cents each and everything else will be 25 cents each.
Purpose:
This day is a time for students to show what they have learned during the school
year. It is like a science fair but open to all subjects.
To sign up:
Student need to register each project they will enter before the fair. A separate
registration form must be submitted for each project. Also, a student
questionnaire form must be displayed with the project on the day of the fair.
